I had a wonderful 5 days in this wonderful hotel. Very tasty food. Very polite staff. Liked literally everything. The hotel is located in the very center, all the healing springs are nearby. I'd give this place 5 stars, rather than 4. I will definitely come again.

The rooms were very nice and clean, and I especially appreciated the small gift at departure — a thoughtful touch. However, I was disappointed by being charged for my small dog after the receptionist had initially suggested it would be free. These details and the ones described below unfortunately lowered my overall impression, though the hotel itself has potential for an even better experience.

Position of the hotel is very central. We got an upgrade on our arrival and got a very cosy, quite room. Staff were very friendly and hotel spa facilities are nice.
